Guest guest
I can't speak for the taste as I haven't taken it, but the doctor recommend Delsym for my husband. It's expensive - $11.66 at Walmart. It's 12 hour dose and it seemed to be very effective on his cough last night. Just thought I'd share. Jeanne in WI I am taking the Mucous Relief Cough pills from walmart. If they contain dextromethorphan like the Tussin DM, then I will have Demian pick me up some today, because I would rather take pills than that yucky, gross liquid. I'm glad that you are able to rest and got a good night's sleep.
Guest guest
My boys will only take the Delsym when they get a cough as it is the only one on the market OTC that works for either of them. It is very good, at least for my boys who are 18 and 22 now. It is a bit expensive, but if it works, then it is worth every penny. Just my opinion. Guest guest
if that is the new cough medicine, I tried it when I was out of town for work and the pharmacy suggested it. Not as bad as some horrid things I have had to take in my life, and not as bad as some things you might see in a horror film, but I could work and not cough! you just hve to have the constitution of a freight train to get it down your throat! But then I do have a hard time even taking vitamins! yes the new Delsym is spendy, but I think it works Connie from Alaska Good cough syrup I can't speak for the taste as I haven't taken it, but the doctor recommend Delsym for my husband. Guest guest
I would agree with that. This is the first time we've tried the Delsym. I think we have a new favorite, instead of the usual Robitussin's. Guest guest
Thanks for the time. Will keep Delsym in mind next time I get a nagging cough.
