Guest guest
I was reading over this and wanted to put my 2 cents in of my experience. I applied 3 years ago was denied twice and was approved just last month without a hearing. I did find it helpful from someone on this iste to contact your state represenative in your district. It sped up my process tremendously. Lots of luck to every one. Holly, NC, 33 -- In Fibromyalgia_Support_Group , sharon studley wrote: > > You got a call already? I spoke to them just before mailing all those forms, and told her I think I answered all but would they let me know if something wrong as my mind was not to clear, and then the med's have had to be heavier used this past mo, and was not sure what i answered, she laughed and said yes they would kick back any unanswered. I also used my husband to answer as the person who could explain what I do from dusk to dawn, which is whine, whine whine most of the time. I did not have anyone else in this state and not wanting to hold this hurry up and wait any longer. good luck with yours, maybe already going to set you up with appt. I don't even have my Dr. filled out and returned as they are waiting to see me but snow keeps canceling me out, 3 hr drive. I'm thinking its regarding the forms. I'm also praying that we somehow have a miracle happen and get through this the first time. I know its not very likely; but wouldn't it be great? > > Angie Harley Mama Double-D > Carson City, NV; Single, five children (3 at home), 2 dogs, 4 cats, snow skiing, camping, Harley Rider, Lone Wolf, Blue Thong Society/High Sierra Thong Snappers member, LFA Advocate, independent, opinionated, outspoken, and open minded. > > " It's always something. He prescribed Azithromycin for my resp problem and told me " don't take your Xanax for the 5 days you are on this " . I was dumbfounded. I said " why " ... He said there would be a terrible interaction. I asked if this was something new that they had just discovered and he said " I don't know " . > > Well, for his info....(He is a P.A.- not my real doc)... I have given these drugs together for years. I have never seen anyone hurt by it or keel over and die. And I can find almost nothing on the internet about it. I believe I have taken it before while I was on Xanax. Ok... Azithromycin is similar to Erythromycin which is one of the oldest antibiotics. Also I want to know if he thinks that some nice Xanax withdrawals after 5 days cold turkey would be the best thing to do. Whatever. I have seen it prescribed many times to people on Xanax with no problem. I also presume he thinks I take Xanax just for the hell of it and don't need it. > > Needless to say I am taking the crap together. He looked at me like " what would make you ask this " ?????? duh. Alright, if I keel over you will all know it is because I did not listen to him. > > love and hugs, > Debra V. > > ------------ --------- --------- --- > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
