Guest guest
What is neuroprotect ? I guess I've been outOf the loop a bit.Sent from my iPhone Hi Parents, I just wanted to let you know that my 7 year old son has been taking Neuroprotek for a month and a half now and his therapists and relatives and mom and dad have noticed how his eye contact has increased, his ability to understand language and to do homework too. We see him tolerating socialization with familiar people more. We get it from Dr. Udell in Weston. He said it takes 2 months to really see the full effect. Guest guest
NeuroProtek is the latest in a never-ending list of supplements that have never been approved by the FDA, but some people swear by them. Description below: Please! Please! discuss with your doctors before using ANY of these. NeuroProtek® is a unique all natural oral dietary supplement in a soft gel capsule, developed to help the body reduce symptoms associated with inflammation in the brain, gut and nerves, as shown in numerous publications. NeuroProtek® uses an exclusive combination of flavonoids, based on the scientific research of Dr. Theoharides M.D., PhD, . NeuroProtek® is formulated to maximize the anti-inflammatory affects of flavonoids while also overcoming any absorption obstacles. NeuroProtek® contains the flavonoids: Luteolin, Quercetin, and Rutin. Unique to Algonot’s formulations is olive kernel oil, a powerful anti-oxidant that is instrumental in helping the body absorb and delivery the dry flavonoids found in each soft gel capsule. Guest guest
Hi I hope that you have the means to visit Dr. Udell or someone reputable like him to discuss Neuroprotek. As far as it not being approved by the FDA I would not give it a second thought. It is all bureucracy and politics. As a 14 yr old, I was bleeding myself into a grave and no FDA approved medication cured me. Since I lived in Puerto Rico at the time, my doctor recommended to my parents that we try a medication that had not been approved by the FDA but been used effectively and safely in Europe for years. My father who was a physician agreed because he had a perfect understanding of how these things work. I would not be alive if he had not known any better. The drug was approved in the USA 5 years later, but guess what, I would have been DEAD by then. My son's doctor has also given him a medication that has not been approved for treating a sleeping disorder but for high blood pressure. Guess what, it has worked wonderfully and not given him any bad side effects. It is a very mild medication. The FDA does approve however the use of Respidol for sleeping disorders and aggression in children. Don't let the fact that something is approved by the FDA give you a false sense of security. I currently have 5 clients under the age of 8 who have developed DIABETES from taking this FDA approved drug. And yes, for some parents it is the only option. So I don't critize them by any means. However I wish people would not look at options that have not been approved by the FDA yet as " snake oil " when so many are helpful and much safer than the FDA counterparts. If I recommend it is only because I personally have experienced it to work and because as I said in my post, my son's doctor gave it to him. I didn't just go and buy it at the corner bodega, lol. Best wishes to all parents out there trying to do the best for their kids, Ida > > > > > > Sons and daughters of Autism and Algonot- The makers of Neuroprotek > > > is proud to announce the first lectures in a Series of Lectures for the South fl Community Affected by Autism > > > > > > > > > Dr. Theoharides Upcoming Lecture > > > > > > Saturday Feb. 18, 2012 for the > > > Sons and Daughters of Autism > > > Palm Beach Gardens Hilton Garden Inn > > > 10:30 - 2:00 food and beverage > > > provided at NO CHARGE > > > > > > > > > > > > please visit www.algonot.com and click on the flyer to RSVP. please do so asap sitting is limited. > > > > > > > >
