Schools offering summer camp- What law allows for close supervision

Many of the schools this summer are offering summer camp. The schools are not

being cooperative in regards to offering close supervision with the help of an

extra aid o help with these kids. Is there a law that allows for our kids to

receive the supervison that they need in a summer program. There is some

assistance given under the aftercare programs but what about summer programs?
