Miami-Dade: Yoga Music This Sunday

Inviting all families to join the Friendship Miami Sunday Circle,

this Sunday, November 7th,1-3 pm. Parents: enjoy  the opportunity to take time

for yourselves on Sunday afternoons as you leave your childin a wonderful,

caring, safe and fun environment. This program takes place every other

Sunday, for two hours, at Chabad of the Grove, 3713 Main Highway, Coconut Grove.

 

Eager teen volunteers, along with talented professionals await to give your

child a fun-filled and enjoyable afternoon! The children  enjoy a program

specifically tailored to the wishes of children with special needs. Program

includes: art, music, baking, story time and YogaMusic led by Yoga Instructor

Zac. YogaMusic is a bilingual program that combines the power of yoga

with the beauty of music. Children of all needs benefit greatly doing creative

movement while learning to breath properly and stretch their bodies. YogaMusic

is superb in developing fine and gross motor skills, social interaction, body

awareness, coordination and self confidence.

 

Nutritious snacks are  provided as well.

 

For children ages 4-12. 

The program is free, but advance reservations are required.
