Parkland Resident gives back Celebrity Poker Tournament earnings to Parkland Buddies Program. ( Zelden-Center)

October 21st, 2010, Zelden, Parkland resident is like the Joe Namath of Texas Hold-em Poker calling the victory prior to the start of the Weston Lawyers.com Celebrity Casino Night. " I am going to win this." Zelden said to his neighbor and PBSI Board Member Andy Zaukas. From the onset one thing that made clear to everyone he was playing against was that he was giving back his earnings to the Buddy Program and he was not bluffing. Prior to making it to the finaly table Zelden had no problem besting former Miami Dolphins, Mark Duper, Sims and AJ Duhue. Playing into the wee hours of the evening the final three decided that the only victor needed to be the charities that they night benefited. Therefore, they decided to split the earnings equally making and Parkland Buddy Sports emerged victorious. " is truly a mench, I just can't thank him enough for his generosity and his commitment, said Mayersohn, PBSI Board President.

COACH KEVIN'S 1st AND TENHi everyone. I just wanted to thank all of the players, volunteers, buddies, parents and our sponsors for making these year's Flag Football Season an amazing one. From our opening day with the FAU Cheerleaders to our closing weekend Pizza "Picnic" I hope that everyone enjoyed the season as much as I have. I hope you'll join us for Soccer and Basketball. Coach

"NO LIMITS" has been our mantra and as your Board we continue to work to make sure that every player and volunteer actualizes their potential and the day ends with hugs, high-fives and a smile.

Parkland Buddy Sports Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides quality sports programming for special needs children and young adults in an empowering, challenging and loving environment where the emphasis is on having fun, making friends and realizing your potential.

Our volunteers, both students and adults, learn patience, tolerance and the ability of person to change the life of another. They also learn that by creating an environment void of physical, social, and cultural barriers there are "NO LIMITS".

Currently we offer programs for soccer, basketball, flag football and tennis as we serve special needs children regardless of physical or mental diagnosis

From sport to sport and year to year we have seen the evolution of our players and volunteers. Relationships are captured not only the field but through weekly email or telephone communication and sometimes continue looking after both player and buddy have left the program.

The reason for our success is not only due to the efforts of our volunteers to work with our players but support and commitment of their families. We welcome your help me by donating your time and or your contributions
