Guest guest
You may now be able to become the guardian advocate for your adult child without an attorney. Information is available online at http://www.ninthcircuit.org/research/orders/guardian.shtml. The documents and forms needed are published as word doc or pdf and you can use these forms by editing the county to Broward County and submitting the forms at your local Broward court. Also feel free to contact me at 561 638-6945. As the director of Prosperity Life Planning, we can help you with the process of preparing for the financial future of your special needs child. > > Hi, > > I'm asking for info concerning an attorney who some of you may have used > to do a guardianship on your autistic son or daughter after they have > reached eighteen years of age.I find the fees to be very costly and will > appreciate your input on any comment you might have to put this into perspective > for me. > > > Sincerely, > > Eileen _Blondieesmith@..._ (mailto:Blondieesmith@...) >
