My son has grown up around large breed dogs. Since he has been little he has learned what its like to always have larger than life friends! I noticed early on that my autistic son had a real connection with animals. I owned a full service pet care business, and we have three English Bulldogs so my son was always with dogs. What I find most interesting is that my son despises making eye contact with people, but I often find him gazing deeply in to the eyes of our three Bulldogs.
