Bad enough my mom passed away and so my only surving

relative is a sister (not including my kids).....but

now I have to deal with the funeral expenses (all of

them), and now my sister has illegally withdrawn funds

from her account (which was also in my name)...and the

bank account is now overdrawn....and the bank wants me

to file a police report and prosecute my sister.

I asked my sister to put the money back by a certain

date or the bank would take action, but she ignored

me.
