Guest guest Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 Hi! My 6yo son was diagnosed w/ Crohn's almost 2 yrs ago and PSC about 6 mos later. Recent ultrasound shows the main liver duct shrinking back down and his numbers are looking good. Honestly, I was thinking everything was ok and didn't truly understand the disease. He developed a rash about 2 mos ago...Pediatrician said " scabies " AGH!, then dermatologist said " no, eczema " . We've been using hydrocort and it doesn't seem to be working..........long story short, saw GI doc today and now she mentions the " itch that rashes " and has really got me concerned......what IS this? Has anyone had experience with a RASH? What should I be looking for to see if truly related to PSC? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
