Government Benefits and Tax Planning for Special Needs Families

Learn how to obtain public assistance, save on taxes,

and build a support system for your special needs child.

Prosperity Life Planning is a nonprofit, educational service which educates and

advocates for families, working with area attorneys, benefit consultants and

other professionals, to help you create the supports you want for your loved

one.

During our free, 90-minute presentation (plus Q & A), you'll learn everything

you need to know to create a safer future for your child, and how to bring other

family members into the process.

Greenberg, Director of PLP, is the mother of an adult child with Autism.

She holds a Master's Degree in Taxation, and is a Certified Financial Planner™.

Joining is Jaret Vogel, a Special Needs Advisor and

Director of the Special Needs Tax Credit Alliance,

and also

L. Schneider, a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney by the Florida Bar

and the National Elder Law Foundation ( L. Schneider PA, Plantation,

FL) will answer legal questions about special needs trusts, estate & incapacity

planning, guardianship and guardian advocate proceedings.
