Guest guest
involving being a 'nightowl'! Ive always hated morning. It takes me about 2 hrs, if im lucky, to wake up out of my 'morning fog'. and if I get woken up and barreled outa the house, forget it my days ruined.. regardless of whether i end up aching that day or not, i always feel creaky and sore in the morning when i initially wake up. The whole run over by a truck thing. And thats regardless of whether Im having a bad day the rest of the day.. Im always way more alert at night. Even as a teen, id go out at night and want to sleep in during the day. When i had to keep a regular schedule i could but id never been as awake as I am at night. Anyways, just wondering if thats just me being a 'night person' or if thats a normal thing. Just thinking about the fact that mornings are so evil.. -Nina
Guest guest
> > involving being a 'nightowl'! > Hi Nina, I am new to the group. But I can tell you when I was in High School many moons ago. I use to sleep most of the days and stay up late at night. I have since then and do still love to get up very early, naps are great and go to bed early at night. I do not think being a night owl has anything to do with the fibro. I take forever to get going in the morning...forever..This week however, I feel like my days are so wasted that I push myself to stay up kind of to make up for the lost day..not good. I feel worse without my regular schedule. Up 6am, start doing things maybe 7:30...12-1:00 take a nap. Go to bed 9-10pm. But, what ever works for you.....Ms Nightowl.
