Right now I live in Tx but am moving to AZ within 3 months. Can I

start the disability process or should I wait til I get back to AZ.?

Is it best to have a lawyer? How much does it typically cost? Also,

I was told that I would not be able to apply for disability cuz I have

not worked within the past 4 years (I've been a stay-at-home). My

kids are now 5 and I nedd to go back to work, but I am to crippled to

work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
