Dear Friendship Circle Families and Volunteers,

 

Please save the date for our Annual Chanukah Festival, Tuesday December 7th from 5:30 - 7:00pm. The event will take place at Temple Beth Israel-Chabad, 201 S. Military Trail, Deerfield Beach Fl 33442. There will be an array of exciting activities which include a Menorah lighting ceremony, an interactive and lively concert with world renowned Dr. Laz and his band which is made up of children with special needs, Chanukah Arts and Crafts, doughnut decorating, delicious dinner and latkes.

 

Every child will be matched with a volunteer who will accompany them through the different activities. There is no charge for this event. In addition children will receive their very own Chanukah gift basket. 

 

We are very excited to announce our second year of Friendship Circle Winter Camp, for all children with special needs ages 5-15. The camp will be from Monday December 27th - Thursday December 30th. More information will follow and we are looking forward to another successful year!

We are looking for volunteers 9th grade and up. If you are available to help please let us know. It will be great community service hours and and unforgettable experience!
