Hi Vonn. Welcome to our group. Are you on meds? These can be a big cause for

feeling hot. I usually have a couple hours in the afternoon when I'm very hot,

even sweating. I'm pretty sure it's med related. Usually by evening, I've

evened out temperature wise, unless I'm over tired, and then I'll be cold.

Hi, I'm so glad that I found this group. I've been searching for the right

group for about three months.

I've had Lupus since 1985 and was diagnosed with Fibro shortly afterwards. As

I have gotten older, the fibro has gone crazy (LOL), I'm hurting in places that

I didn't know existed. (smile) About two months ago, I had the worst flare up in

my life (lupus, fibro and siatic nerve). I thought I was going out of my mind,

but

thanks to God I made it through. At the moment I'm still experiencing some

pain, but my main issue is, that I stay HOT all the time. I'm through with

menopause, so I'm asking is it fibro?

The Yahoo groups no longer have chat rooms. Many people have the Yahoo

messenger, though, so you could chat with some members that way.

There's no pressure to reply to messages. Just do what you can handle.

Hi Jeanne,I'm on meds( pain pills, muscle relaxers, etc) I don't like taking

meds, but sometimes I have to break down to take them.

I've always suffer from heat, since I was a child; but the middle of last year

it has gotten worse.

I will try very hard to write and respond more to others in this support

group. Lately it hasn't been too good for me. I know where my help comes from

and I do keep my mind on the Lord, who strenthens me.

Is there a chat room for this group? I haven't gotten use to this site yet,

so pls bear with me. :0))
