Good Thursday Morning ?

Well there isn't much of morning left; even here in pacific time.

I woke up to a very nasty headache. I don't think its a migraine, but I'll

figure that out as I go. The rest of me isn't doing too bad. I'm going to

venture outside and run a couple errands; get some walking in. It's sort of

hazy outside and I'm not sure why. I hope it isn't a fire. I'm taking my

inhaler just in case. The Rheumy told me yesterday I should use it for the rib

pain. So we'll give it a try.

I really goofed yesterday and took my night meds in the morning. So hopefully

today I've gotten it straightened out. I'm going to look for a better pill

sorter and see if that will help. I've 'almost' made this mistake quite a few

times; and I actually didn't catch myself yesterday until it was time for night

meds and there weren't any in the sorter. I use 3 different sorters now, am,

midday and pm and I keep grabbing the wrong one. Maybe that's what the headache

is from.
