Guest guest Posted August 16, 2008 Report Share Posted August 16, 2008 Tom, May I jump in w/ another question. My chiropractor has been adjusting my body for 25 years. My history is too long to write. I also have fibromylagia and the adjustments DO help. I stretch/walk to help the muscles. Here is my question, no matter how much the chiro does and no matter how much I walk, I always have some muscle pain in my lower back. Too much of any exercise leads to more pain the next day. So are you saying that if I have experience your technique, my muscles would become stronger and I would not need to be adjusted anymore???
