But not sure if I have that type problem since my pcp only checks my CBC once a year. Often I feel so tired and drained. In the morning I just have to force myself to get moving now. My blood count has always been normal. But I am sure that fibromyalgia makes us all very exhausted and if you have a low red cell count, that just adds to it. A double wammy.
