Hi Marie, MizKit,

Thanks for your responses. On Friday the fasting glucose result was normal: 67

with 70-110

being the normal range. The nurse didn't have the A1C result yet. When we

returned last

night there was a message from the nurse... who was out today and left no

further message

in the office other than reporting the fasting glucose again. The lack of

further update left me

to speculate on the reason for her call. Finally after multiple back and forths

they deigned to

share my own results with me- A1C test for glyco-hemoglobin was normal at 4.8.

So it

doesn't look like anything to stress over, but has reminded me that my bones

will thank me

for running for exercise, and that I need to take care of myself.
