Doc frustration... thank you

wanted to thank everyone for their support... It is very frustrating that these

docs jump back and forth month to month... the only reason I even had to go to

her was because I was on Medical Assistance, they dropped me as of March 1st and

are making me apply again because I sent in the wrong paystub and couldnt get my

newest one to them on time. Bastards!Unfortunately this isnt the first doctor

that has played this game with my meds. They seem to look at me and say your 29

you've been on the drugs for 6 years, you should get off meds. My liver and

kidneys have tested as being fine, they dont effect my day to day living, but

since " I'm so young " I should get off meds. They don't look at my pain they look

at a paper and their own thoughts that I shouldnt live my life of meds, and

thats it. FRUSTRATING. If I had a better job, or better benefits I could go back

to the doctor who

first diagnosed me, who has been with me throughout my accident and surgeries 6

years ago. Unfortunately they don't take medical assistance anymore, and I can't

afford the 45 a month, but i'm still thinking of going back and finding that 45

somewhere. So frustrating.

I had a long talk with my guy last night. When I go back to the doc on Thursday

I will make her tell me what her goal is for me. Since she insists that I should

be on less pills I want to know her reasoning. I'm not cured, she hasn't " fixed "

anything so what is going on in her head to make her feel less medication would

be a help rather than hindrance. If I don't like what she has to say, I'll go

somewhere else or see a different type of doctor, I was thinking a Rhuemo since

everyone on here seems to recommend them.

I'm still not sure that I won't punch the doctor in the face who treated med

(or should I say mistreated me) when I was in the hospital.
