I take Lunesta,Lyrica,Robaxin,Klonopin,Hydocodone and now adderall for ME/CFS.

I take all of these and I never feel druggged, but that's me. Having had

osteomyolitis(very very painful)

as a teenager and 3 hip operations following I have been exposed to the

STRONGEST drugs they use

so I believe I was narcotic tolerant before I started Hydrocodone 8 wks ago.

The emotional cost of suffering is to, way to high and I don't believe anyone

should have to suffer as I did for years. I took so much ibuprofrn and aleve

that I am now taking Prilosec 2x a day just to be able to maintain

the ability to eat the foods I like,SPICY.

My grandmother used to say to each his own. I am resistant to anyone telling me

YOU CAN'T take that because you'll get addicted. I know the differnce between

addiction and dependence because I've been there.

If I take these meds for any other purpose than they are inttended then I will

surely pay the price and that price is a high level of tolerence that makes the

prescribed dose useless. I'll not take the easy way out today and suffer in vien

tomorrow....

HOPE ! ! ! for a better tomorrow and TRUST GOD will

deliver......................

GOD grant me the serenityto accept the things I

cannot change the courage to change the things I canand the wisdom to know the

difference. Amen ! ! !

Debra just want to say

Debra I am so with you on this one, as we know to well the trouble that can

arise with RX's, and I use to be afraid, of these type of drugs.I now, know,

there is a difference between addiction, and being dependent, I am the later,

without this med, I could not begin to move around anymore, I neither get

buzzed, and after all these yrs living in pain, without anything, would much

rather be hooked up IV dripped if came to it, then stand one more min. of the

pain I have been tortured with in the past and just shrugged off. I can no long

do it, it has affected my whole well being, when in this much pain, and if a

pill will help with SOME relief, after trying every other possible suggestion

that failed, I believe in this pill, and so does my Dr. luckily. So my thoughts,

for those of us having to take this to get through a day, so be it, I have

already been through the ??? of others ignorant in my life who don't understand

the disease, or believe in my crippling life, whether I have resorted to giving

up a job I loved, no longer barely driving, don't go out hardly at all as much

as I want to, because I have CHOSEN to become a drug addicted person now. They

do not know how wrong they are and need to walk a min in our shoes. Hope your

having a lighter day, Take Care Sharondebra van ness

not a zombie at all on this medication. It never once made me sleepy or high. It

does, however, give me some energy and take the pain away for a while. I guess

medications just affect different people in different ways. And the pain got so

bad before I went on the hydrocodone that I would have been willing to be a

zombie to kill the pain. However, as I said, it affects me the opposite and

actually helps the fibro fog. Debra V.Sherry

to keep trying. Fibro Fog is enough to deal with. DO they really the RX that is,

stop the pain. I think I'd rather hurt than be a Zombie all drugged up! What is
