At work there is another nurse I work with who teases me (in a kind way), that I never hear anything going on around me. We joke about my " tunnel vision " .... LOL> We have decided that I could be sitting right there at the desk and people could talk about me and I would not hear a thing they said. (it is comical to some extent). Seems if I am concentrating on something like writing something at the time, I don't hear anything around me. I have been this way to some extent for years and years and did not realize it was fibro fog back then. It is just getting worse and worse. She really is sweet and we have become friends... though she really did not believe fibro is real at first. She will say " did you hear about such and such..... " ? I will say " no.. tell me " Then she will laugh and tell me the story. I tell her that " that is why I have you here, to keep me up on the gossip " ..
