Wednesday, December 8, 2010

You are cordially invited to join Governor-Elect ’s Transition Team

for a discussion regarding developmental disabilities and the Agency for

Persons with Disabilities. Your participation and insights are greatly

appreciated.

Please plan to join the Transition Team either via conference call or in

Tallahassee on Wednesday, December 8, 2010.

More information will follow in subsequent emails, but the tentative agenda

for Wednesday is as follows:

· 9:00 am - 9:30 am Welcome, Introductions, Purpose of Meeting

· 9:30 am - 11:45 am Group discussions on specific topics for any

stakeholders wanting to weigh in on the selected topic (topics and

times to be announced)

· 11:45 am - 1:15 pm Lunch Break

· 1:15 pm - 5:00 pm Public Comment-style, time-limited

presentations by stakeholders who have signed up for public comment

(time to be determined based on the number of participants)
