I hate it. I feel like a zombie for about a week afterward. And with all

the rain/snow we have been getting, I feel worse. I am in a fog most days.

I can't remember stuff 2 seconds after I think it. I know part of it is

medication related and part of it is due to my other illnesses going on, but

argh.

I feel you. This snow and horrible weather has me in another flare. For a few

weeks I thought I was some how cured. But as everything goes, when you get your

hopes up they get crushed. I'm in school and sitting in a desk makes my shoulder

hurt even more. ; / arg....

I find that my body has a set rhythm for sleeping and waking and this time

change has thrown me for a loop. I sleep an extra hour in the mornings now

because my body is still set on the old time clock. LOL. I hate it though. I

don't know why 1 hour makes such a difference, but it does. I would really

rather not sleep an hour later because it takes such a chunk out of my day. And

yes, it has affected the fibro.
