Guest guest
Hello - decided to start supplementation on my son, not going to wait for formal diagnosis (which could be a year away!).... so I trotted over to the healthfood store today. Couldn't find the " Pro EFA " but did find Nordic Naturals Omega 3.6.9 in caps, liquid and junior strength. Does anyone know the difference between the Pro and Omega. Is it just packaging? According to Nordic's website the caps all have the same levels of DHA, etc. Also - I noted that the liquid has much higher levels per dose.... so how is everyone dosing? I see lots of posts as to 1 cap, two caps or tsp dosing - but no clarfication as to which product. Maybe this is just the nurse in me talking but I want to get this right - also think I will have a hard time getting anything down the hatch on my son. I want to use the least amount possible but still get him what he needs to start. Thanks for any advice. Martha McCabe
