Guest guest
I know I don't post much, Mostly because I am either in to much pain to sit here and do it, or if my husband is home he is always online. My question is: Has anyone experenced this? After my phsical for SSD, my right side started hurting. It just keeps getting worse. Today I can't move, or even breath without severe pain centered around my right rib cage. Any ideas on this one? Marie in Arizona

Guest guest
Marie I get that a lot but it could be so many things it's best you get a doctor to see it. It could be nothing, it could be something serious, or they may not know at all what it is. But at least get some things eliminated first. Guest guest
Marie, Hi my name is Brittany. I also suffer from chest pains occasionally and I found out that mine are because of an inflammation in my costochondral joint in my chest. At times I almost end up having a panic attack because I can't breathe in or out very deeply and have to take shallow breaths. However you should get it checked by a doctor just to be sure it isn't anything serious. What helps for me is to stretch and sometimes that will make it go away but sometimes not. I have also heard that massage therapy works well for this problem. I hope this helps! Britt New ?
