Hi- I just wanted to say this is my dream, the last job I tried in Nov.,

my boss teaches tai chi as a night class. I so want to try and be able to do

Pilates, you have been doing them for 5yrs, I so envy you!, you must have ausome

tone, I have always said I would like to have toned stomach muscle and thighs

even just to experience for a week, even a day, at this point, no matter how

thin I am I have never been able to get the flat tight stomach, thighs, oh and

now since 50 the arms are dragging! Have always done some type of exercise but

not these. Hope your able to keep it up forever. Take Care Sharon

Gold's Gym uses tai chi as a warm up. That

part is very calming. The class also includes Pilates for abdominal and

back exercises. I really enjoy that class and have been taking it since

it started over 5 years ago.

Also use relaxation or sleep CD's I bought at Target. All three of the

CDs I have are very relaxing and help me sleep better. Target also

offers CDs for mediation in the same area.

Thanks for replying Sharon.

Even though I have been taking that class so long and also doing

other exercises, my belly still pooches out. Just below my waist

mostly but the area around my belly is toned up. Do have better tone

in my thighs also. Have missed my class a too much lately but hope to

go back soon.
