I thought I would add, that when I was in my pregnant times 24 and 23 yrs

ago now, I always also did better while pregnant, my mom use to comment I should

be pregnant the rest of my life as had no problems, pain, etc. Can you imagine

as these 2 are only 11 mo's apart so it felt like I was pregnant for life then!

LOL and developed a blood clot on last one so my last 3 mo of pregnancy were bed

ridden. I also have a daughter 28, but she was born back when it was miserable

to be that way, shaved, enema, and nothing until shoulder deliver time, and a

spinal was done, that was Mass. The other 2 were in Ca, and when I had them

there was NO choice as back then they did not believe in anything but natural

they did not care what you wanted, I had a friend pregnant the same time, and

she insisted on traveling the whole state looking for someone who would do the

epederial, and could not find anyone. I wanted to go natural, and did but all 3

of mine were lucky longest in labor

45 mins, delivered my 1st son behind nurse station, no time for anything else!

I had dialated to 8.5 cenimeters last appts with them ... So hope you quick

delivery time, and easy pregnancy. Oh I did not have to take my thyroid med.

during pregnancy as they explained somehow I was being provided with hormes from

babies, and my TSH was ok without it, and I have 0 thyroid

Hey everyone it's been a long time since I've checked the board. I

hope everyone is doing well. I am 8 weeks pregnant and thought I'd pop

in and say hi. My fibro is actually doing REALLY well. I think I'm

one of those lucky ones that pregnancy improves the pain. There has

always been a hormonal component to my pain and my rheumy thinks my

body just doesn't make enough hormones on its own. So let's just hope

this lasts! I think I am more worried about the possible flare after

I give birth and how a long labor may effect me. I was hoping for a

natural birth but I am guessing an epidural might be a better option

for me so that I can rest if the labor is long. Does anyone have any

advice or input? Thanks! Charisse
