Guest guest
Sharyn, you're hilarious! So far, the class has made sugar cookies which they decorated with fondant cut-outs and embellishments for Thanksgiving. I heard from the staff that they were all the rage (sorry about the outdated cliche). And then for the winter holidays (politically correct?), we made really cute cupcakes. Next week we are making cake balls to honor New Years (balls as in the ball dropping on New Years Eve.) Then for Valentine's we're doing heart cookies. Not sure about March, April or May. I guess something for St Pattie's, Easter, Passover, Spring, etc. Any suggestions? Val
Guest guest
I like the puzzle piece idea! It is very colorful and a puzzle is something the kids can relate to. Can you do Easter and Passover in public school? It is called Spring Break in Broward County Schools, so maybe flowers?
