Yes, if you read the ingredients and know that they will list gluten

if present, then it is gluten-free. So I will be eating it in my

house. Now, I don't actually have celiac (yet, anyway)so it's not me

I'm concerned about. It is only my 1 year old that has it, and I

would most likely not serve this type of entree to him anyway because

it's not typical " toddler food " . But, I feel it's important for me

to eat GF around him because, as you know, the little one always

wants bites off of my plate and it's too hard to not touch my food

and then his food during the course of a meal. So if he wants bites

of my chicken portabello I think it's safe.
