Hot and itchy, tired but can't sleep

I'm hot and itchy all most of the time and when I'm not hot and itchy

I'm freezing.

Anyone else get burning skin to go with their itchy skin? For me it's

like a series of burning needles randomly piercing my skin. Can't help

but scratch, especially at night in bed. Which is why at 5:25 am I

have been away for 3 three hours already.
