Fresh bag, fresh scoop. Sounds OK to me!

Or, have someone tip the big bag so you can decant the amount you

want. That's probably safest, as then you don't have to trust the

cleanliness of the scoop.

Seems to me if it came from a fresh bag in back it would be fine,

just make sure that it comes from a place that only mills GF flour or

there will be CC.

I was in the Bulk food store . By the flours at some of the bins they had a

big sign gluten free. Between all the other flours. Nobody who needs G F

will buy from the bins. Instead if they put it some were else say by the

sugar or so then there is a chance somebody will buy it.
