I know where KAMIAH is...I have been through there many times on my way to

MONTANA and take the route to Southern IDAHO to Salmon IDAHO. I am keeping

my NEURO surgeon here in Seattle at the Swedish Institute...but I have to

meet a NEW rheumatologist ..and IT WILL NOT be in ton. I lived in

ton the majority of my life, and I chose to go OUTSIDE of that valley..
