Guest guest
Hi! I went to Fridays with my little Celiac and she wanted chicken strips instead of the normal plain hamburger. I asked them to substitute a chicken breast for the strips on the kids meal. The waitress came back and said the kids strips are plain and they bread them with each order. I now order them with no breading. Also the potato skins are deep-fried and they said to call ahead about 30 minutes and they would bake them instead of deep-frying them. I couldn't believe the questions I got from my waiter and waitress at different locations at different times. They were familiar with cross-contamination and were very concerned and wanted to learn as much about Celiac Sprue as they could. It was GREAT! Maybe this info is old news, but I had to write it because I have so many positive experiences at Fridays. I hope this helps with another little Celiac. Ali How low will we go? Check out Yahoo! Guest guest
We just recently went to Friday's and I found out that the chicken is injected with wheat there. Are you sure that the strips are okay? Hi! I went to Fridays with my little Celiac and she wanted chicken strips instead of the normal plain hamburger.
