Bike ride yesterday, 8 miles~sore butt~

MMy 1st bike ride this year. It was a short ride,I took it easy but around 1:30

A.M. my butt was hurting. But this morning my butt is fine. Lyrica working.

I got on the treadmill this morning. Yay!!!

My feet and Achilles really hurt so I'm taking it easy. But any movement is an

improvement for me.
