Guest guest
Because of my spine and the surgery I had last year where I spent 8 hours under the knife...with bone graft, nerve decompression, patched dura, fusion etc..it is taking me a long time to heal so I CAN walk.. I would love to be able to be on the TREADMILL again...or even do do five minutes on the elliptical...but five minutes of anything and I am totally in bed...the spinal issues goes on and on...I cannot take meds because of my stomach..IBS...and it gets so bad...that I cannot even leave my house which I DO take a med......not long after and I SUFFER.. Good for you JOHN and ANGIE...yeah!!!! Keep truckin' !! {{{{{ " SOFT FIBRO HUGGGGSSS}}}}}} Faithy " If you are alone, I'll be your shadow. If you want to cry, I'll be your shoulder.
