Furthermore, the FDA has actually stepped up enforcement of the labeling laws, and has several major cases going against food producers who mislabel spelt as " wheat-free. " If you feel that there are products that genuinely are mislabeled, report them to the FDA and see if in fact they are fradulently labeled.
