Hi just answering to my knowledge and would encourage you to ask a pharmacy

as each person is different even when it comes to the meds, but my knowledge of

the med's you are taking is yes you should be able to take the Oxcycodone for

break through pain or as prescribed on your bottle. The tramadol stays in the

system for a longer period, and again the percocet, what is your instructions on

this, p.r.n. or every 6 hrs period. I would try the tramadol, and use the other

P.R.N, if your instructions are every 6 hrs all the time, then I would first

give the tramadol a try and if pain becomes regular, and you feel you are going

to need to go back taking percocet q 6 hrs I would first call the Dr. and let

him know it is not working, and you have to go back to other. I don't think you

should be taking both together q 6hrs, as the tramadol is usual given hoping

that it will work as it does very much so for my mom, it is non narcotic, and

not to be feared for addiction. Hope

this helps, when all else fails call the pharmacy they know more about these

med's then Dr's, but your suppose to take all meds as directed, no more no less,

but Dr's also sometimes forget what other instructions they have us on.

said i would like to rty the tramadol since

i heard some people having good results. He called it in and i just got

it. It says take every 6 hours as needed for pain. so here are my

questions. 1) if when i still have pain after taking it can i still use

my percoet, for breakthru pain? 2) do i take it every 6 hours or only

when the pain is really bad and i cant handle it anymore? did anyone

have bad side effects with this? Anything else youd like to add would

be fine? I know everyone is different and im just looking for some

answers. ~THANKS~TANYA~
