Guest guest Posted March 14, 2008 Report Share Posted March 14, 2008 Just a simple reminder that we are all hurting, we all have pain, fibro fog, flares, and other things going on in our lives besides the group. We all suffer a shortage of time and cannot possibly read much less answer every post. Admin included. Perhaps the person with the appropriate answer or response hasn't been online or read the post yet. Patience is a must. This is a huge group with a tremendous number of posts going back and forth. It is also a caring group. Someone is likely to get back to you in time. If you don't receive a timely reply-say it again, nicely. Individual posts are easy to miss with this number. Another thing to keep in mind is that newcomers are moderated for a time. This means that their post may be held up for a little bit. The mods try hard to get to them as fast as possible but we too have other things going on. It's hard sometimes. We try hard to keep each other covered so someone is always " on " but it isn't always possible. And, I have to tell you we too hurt bad sitting at the computer. Being on moderation does not mean your post won't get thru or that it's necessarily being " censured " . It does mean that we are trying to protect the group from spam, etc. Newcomers please bear with us and give us a fair try. As I said this is a truly caring, supportive group. Please be kind and patient with one another. We are all in that same boat! The mods are here for each one of you. If you have a question, concern or complaint please it to one of us first so we can help you. And, please be patient with us! Sometimes those of us on the train forget and think you are healthy emploees with nothing else in your life but to sit on the computer. Have a great day.
