You guys hit the nail right on the head! Pushing through the pain to do

something - or choosing to make yourself do something. That's exactly how

life is with fibro for me (and I'm sure for many others.) One thing I've

learned the hard way is to choose NOT to do something. I used to be the

type that had to have everything done all the time. It's been difficult to

learn to let things go mainly because I can't play super woman anymore. It

seems when I didn't get everything done I had major guilt. I think that

came from my upbringing and a bad ex-husband. Most things will still be

there tomorrow.

And Debra V - mine is brown with gray roots which I made myself color last

week after way too long. :-)

Good day to you too. I think I will choose to make myself go to the store

later and get the stuff to do my hair. LOL. If I don't choose to make

myself, I will just sit here in the house all day and the roots will just

keep growing. (black roots, blonde hair).... not a secret. LOL.

love,

Debra V.

I think my choice today is to Not push so hard thru the pain. So much

to do though. Hope I make the right Choice. Have a Good Day ALL!
