Guest guest
Thank You so much for the warm welcome. I really appreciate it.I am sure you know just how much!! Ok so start taking the Zolft. I am not a big fan of it as it was what my late husband was on ( Dr told him he was having anxiety attacks when he was having fainting spells, head aches and vision problems) that masked his brain tumor symptoms. But at this point I am in a bad way and need something to help. So I will take it. What about the flexaril at night? I think I feel more tired in the morning after taking it. More groggy. Medicine really affects me. I believe there is more worth in the " been there done that " than anything else. I know you all have been walking this road longer than me. Thanks Again. Blessings Penny P.S. Yes, life is alot better now. I now have a 3 yr old and a great supportive husband as I remarried. I am lucky. uniceander wrote: > Hi Penny, Welcome to a wonderful group. You will instantly feel like you are home like I did, I just know it. Everyone feels like you do, and knows what you are going through. This is just a stinky illness, putting it mildly. I too was diagnosed by a rhuemotologist and she said yep you have it, nothing to be done, live with it. I see my internist next Friday and hopefully I can get some meds from her. As for the Zoloft, get into the habit of taking it every morning or night at the same time, that way you won't forget as easily. You need to take it regularly for it to work properly. Even though you are not depressed it does work for Fibro. I believe it works on the seratonin level..which affects pain. I had mystery pains and tiredness for years as well, and thought it was just a part of " getting older " . I am so sorry for the loss of your husband, that must have been a very traumatic time for you. I hope your life now is much much happier. Other than the fibro of course. Post whenever you can and want to. Somebody is always here!! Take care, /Mi Penny s --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
