Guest guest
Hi there I am new to the group and I am so far thrilled to be among others who seem to have the same symptoms as I do. I have had possibly three episodes of severe aches.. that lasted two to three days.. so far. What causes this? Is there a specific trigger? Or something I am doing wrong? Is it diet? Sometimes I am also so exhausted. any advice would be fantastic.
Guest guest
Hi and welcome! I am semi new to the group also and it has helped me tremedously! What causes it? For mine, don't know.. I guess they say it can be caused by an illness or trama to the body, others would know more probably.. with mine, if I try to anything out of the ordinarny, I get stopped in my tracks with this monster for 2 to 3 days.. Fatigue is a huge thing with me.. I can be really tired one day with pain or little pain, or just be and alot of pain and not be so tired. This fibro~monster is awful and catches me of guard at all times and places! Please stay with the group, you will learn so much and all the people are so nice... soft hugs and take care, Gretchen > Hi there I am new to the group and I am so far thrilled to be among > others who seem to have the same symptoms as I do. Guest guest
Hi Well, you have just described my last three days!!!! The flares come out of nowhere sometimes. Feeling great one minute, the next you feel like you've been beaten with a tire iron. The exhaustion is what gets me too. My late afternoon, I just want to come home and go to bed, but I don't necessarily sleep...I have trouble doing that too. It's way fun. You are not alone. /Mi triggers? Or something that causes an episode? Hi there I am new to the group and I am so far thrilled to be among others who seem to have the same symptoms as I do. Guest guest
I think we all have many answers to that question and no answers that are for sure. Unfortunately, fibro seems to kick in when we can't think of a thing that caused it to flare. However, I will say that cold weather, changes in weather such as rain.... make my symptoms worsen. Also, stress kicks it in big time. Not enough rest will do it also. And some people do believe that certain foods aggravate it. ( I think so too, I am not sure though just what foods will do it for me). Welcome to the group. hugs, Debra V wrote: Hi there I am new to the group and I am so far thrilled to be among others who seem to have the same symptoms as I do.
