- I am sorry to that your having such a time with these teeth,

but I wanted to let you know that, and I have posted prior on it, but last

summer I only had a filling filled and the pain that came aft!er the novican

wore and worse a couple days latter, were horrific! My dentist belives in Fibro

and his conclusion when I kept going back to see what was going on as a

different tooth also started hurting that had no decay, I was exrayed on that

one and nothing. Now I thought I can see being a bit sore bit this is

rediculous 2wks later and I am in agony over a back molar filling? The dentist

assurd me that there is no reason for this pain except he knows Fibro can decide

to flare up turn the nerves on and won't shut off as it is telling the teeth I

have something going on and I don't. He gave me a pain med RX , re numbed it

and said, he has had fibro pt's not many that this has happened to and I may

have to have the tooth pulled to stop the pain where

the filling was put in, it botherd I was ready to have it done with another

that needs it as he thinks has an inside crack, I have not had this done as I

called for the appt and almost died when I was told how much for 1 tooth, don " t

have the money, but I did put up with that pain all summer and it is no picnic!,

luckily I have a good PCP who belives in me and my FIbro and took over the RX of

more meds as needed. I have not been bothered with the tooth now. and hope it

doesn't come back . I hope u can get out of pain and that your dental days are

about over. Take Care and go to your MD and tell them they need to provide you

pain relief until the gums

up some.

Don't know what is causing it to be so bad, unless it is the fact that fibro

makes everything hurt much worse than with normal folks.
