Wanted to say Thank You. I realized that my head is not as soar as

usual. I did just get my friend (mentral cycle). I will have to try the

ice thing some time. Kinda Glad to know..I'm not the only one who feels

like she's been beat over the top of the head with a bat while she was

sleeping. Sherry in Arkansas
