Yoga or relaxation for our kids

Does anyone know a place that we can take our kids for relaxation or yoga? I

live in Weston .

Hi!

If you check http://www.browardeducator.com you will find that some of the

community schools offer yoga classes. The yoga class at Piper High school in

Sunrise includes meditation. Nova community school offers a meditation course,

but my son and I no longer go to it because the instructor brought some

religious overtones to the class, and was doing more self-examination purpose of

the soul things. Every class we attended in the community schools welcomed my

son. We took everything from sign language and meditation to computer graphics

and tai chi. My son is in the moderate range of autism, and he and I find

meditation to be very beneficial. Unfortunately the class we attend is in a

private home and there aren't any openings for more people at this time. If

anyone leaves or a space opens up, I will let you know.
