You reminded me that I have to go back to my brother's house on Sunday because my sister-in-law is doing an Easter brunch. with all the Italian goodies you could want. ricotta pie, rice pie, frittata. gotta stop, it's actually making me nauseas right now. It's the worst thing we can do because it just makes us flare, therefore decreasing our chances of attending the family event, or feeling well enough to enjoy it if we do go. I've missed family gatherings fairly often. I don't like doing it, but if I don't have the energy to put on a happy face, then it's best if I stay home. That's my take on things. Take care. Jeanne in WI It's frustrating trying to deal with family and the disease. This Easter Sunday isn't going to be easy as my sister will be there as well as my aunts, uncles, father and cousins. I am expected to be there, yet, I am leery. Trying not to get stressed out about this weekend (a trigger for me). I see my family 3 or 4 times a year (at most) and it's not like we live far apart. Any suggestions???? Please post responses for all to see, as I am sure I'm not the only one stressed about this weekend. Thanks, Aimee
