HEY I FORGOT ABOUT THE ZONE BARS, I USE TO EAT THEM WHEN ON SCRUTINY BY THE

WKLY SCALE, I LOVE THEM!! THANKS AGAIN FOR HELPING ME WITH THOUGHT PROCESS, I

LIKE THE APPLE/PB, WHICH WAS A GOOD, BUT MY HYATAL HERNIA HAS BEEN ACTING BAD,

NO RELEIF, SO CUT THOSE, BUT FORGOT TO ABOUT PB/RICE CAKES. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF

IT MENTALLY. JUST HAD TO TALK TO IRS AND WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH FOR ME TO GET

MY CONCERNS OUT. I HATE THIS. I AM 5'10 AND WOULD LIKE TO GET TO 155-158,

PROBABLY TO THIN, BUT GIVES ME THE ROOM TO GAIN THE FEW EXTRA WITHOUT GETTING

THE ANGRY TIGHT PANTS SYNDROME. LOL ANYWAY U HAVE DONE GOOD WITH YOUR WT. THTAT

IS GREAT, AND I WILL ROOT FOR U. HOPE U CAN GET TO YOUR GARDENING DONE, SLOW

BUT SURE, HUH. THANKS AGAIN SHARON

neighbor and her daughter do it and lose weight. No I have not heard form

the other lately or Marti. I also am worried.
