Guest guest
> Hi, Its me, better today. took some borrowed pain meds, know I shouldn't have but couldn't help it, from another fibro friend, {finally get mine filled on Fri} and 4 advil {shouldn't because of HBP, my heart pounds} and tylenol together {shouldn't have done that either, but feel better today, at least can cope. On the Massage and Chropractor thing, I have gone to a Massage thearapist, hurt so bad rather be going through a flare, actually, Chiropractor helps alot, especially the electo stimulation thearpy, it feels warm and tingly and relaxes my muscles, so when he manipulates me, it goes real quick and very little pain after.. want to go back but, can't afford it now.. The Chiropractor right next door so very convienent.. I guess just my 2 cents... take care and soft hugs to all, Gretchen > Or do any of you get any relief from a massage from someone who is > knowledgeable about fibro? > > > > Tigger (Ruth) in Rhode Island > > > > > > _____ > > From: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group > [mailto:Fibromyalgia_Support_Group ] On Behalf Of > Fonseca > Sent: Tuesday, March 18, 2008 10:43 AM > To: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group > Subject: Chiropractor > > > > Hi all, > > Does anyone have success with using a chiropractor for relief of some of > the pain associated with Fibromyalgia? > > My insurance covers it, so I am considering going to one.
