Guest guest
Also when we do sleep, we release the good stuff dopmines. and endorfrens that are what puts us at relaxation, calm etc. states, the more sleep we lose these don't take place, and eventually, all you listed happens, and more, heart trouble, organ shut downs, and basically complete body shut-down will can result in Death!, sleep deprived people are at real risk, that is why I don't understand so many in this group suffer this like I do, plus the pain and Dr. won't help by prescribing needed meds, if they are that parinoid of giving them all they do is cover there butt by doing the contract pt/dr. thing, so many a mo, and call for refills. I have been trying to be put to sleep for over 20yrs, I back then was told by a good Rhumotoligist, one must sleep sound no wake at least at minm 7hrs, he tried ever sleep Rx and nothing doing, I have always been able to survive and lived sleeping just 4-5 hrs a night, have never been able to sleep during the day no matter how tired I am, this I got into trouble with when working nights. It is by all means the begining of healing, feeling better, and surviving SLEEP. Hope you lighter days.
