Need assistance to properly set up fundraiser

Hello list members:

My son, Christian, has been given the green light from his orthopaedic physician to undergo a life changing surgery called "SELECTIVE DORSAL RHIZOTOMY" or (SDR). This is a huge blessing, however, we need to raise $50,000 for the procedure.

We want to set up what is necessary to raise the funds for the surgery, but we want to do it the right way.

If any of you can assist us in this process, we will greatly appreciate it.
